The program sets you up to fail on most hands. If you bid a 6 NT hand the cards are dealt so it's impossible to make it and you get a huge negative score. Same happens when you don't bid it and it makes. It has hurt, more than helped more game, trying to second guess the "bot". Plus a lot of non bridge playing males try to use it as a site to hit on women.
